What makes it tick
Here’s the thing: this thing is all about power density and fitting in. We run it at 400V, which lets us hit high wattage—around 2500W—without dragging down your line with excessive amps. The tube is just 300mm long, so you get a lot of heat in a small footprint. No need to tear your machine apart to make room. And if you’re already working with a system built around these specs, it drops right in as a direct replacement.
The guts that last
The tube is quartz, because it can handle rapid heating and cooling without cracking under thermal shock. Halogen tech keeps the filament stable and extends life by cleaning the inside of the bulb as it runs. A reflective coating focuses the infrared energy forward, so more of the heat goes where you want it and less goes to waste. And the R7s connector? It’s a simple bi-pin setup that locks in fast and safe, built to stand up to shop-floor vibration better than fragile caps.
Where it shines—and what to watch
You’ll see these heaters in PET blowing, preform heating, and plastic forming machines.
